AV Over IP for Smart Monitoring: Our East Kalimantan Command Center Project


But like every great project, this one came with its own set of challenges:
Challenge 1: Limited Space
The command center was built inside a modified cargo container. That means the space was tight and had to be used efficiently. Our team had to carefully plan and design every equipment placement to be ergonomic, functional, and easy to maintain—all without sacrificing performance or comfort.


Challenge 2: Remote Location
The project site is far from our Jakarta base. Transporting equipment, handling installations, and coordinating teams in a remote area could easily cause delays. To overcome this, we applied a hybrid and parallel strategy. While the interior and electrical works were happening on-site, we created a mockup room in Jakarta. There, we did full system configuration, testing, and programming. When the site was finally ready, we delivered the pre-programmed equipment and completed installation with minimal adjustments.




We were trusted to design and build a high-performance Command & Control Center in East Kalimantan. The center is used to monitor CCTV feeds, ship traffic, weather data, and wind conditions—making it a critical hub for site operations and safety. This wasn’t just another installation. It’s a future-ready system built with smart AV-over-IP technology, Zoom integration, lighting automation, and expansion capabilities for future remote sites—all controlled by one operator.
This approach saved us valuable time, reduced risk, and ensured that everything worked flawlessly the moment it was turned on. By planning smart and working ahead, we helped our client avoid downtime and begin operations right away.
In the end, this project proves that with the right technology and a strategic approach, even a compact container can become a powerful, intelligent command center. The operators now enjoy a seamless experience, and the client’s mission-critical operations are now supported by a reliable, scalable, and future-proof AV system.
